"What is the point of an appointment? Diabetic here can’t eat drink etc due to having an ultrasound and the staff member Jessica cussing up a storm with the window open. Dropping the f bomb alotttt. Very unprofessional REDICULOUS"
"This office never returns phone calls and you can never get a live person on the phone ever! I’ve left several messages on a couple occasions nobody has ever gotten back to me was that the pharmacist pharmacist tried to call they never called her back, Gulf Coast Hospital tried to call them while I was there on the phone with them because I couldn’t get through. They never called back to GulfCoast. I’m done with this office the staff is, not very efficient and should be fired. How can an office run like this when nobody returns phone calls ever I have a appointment on November but I will not be going. I left several messages but they just dont ever call you back."
"I seen Dr. Klin for my second opinion my appointment was for 2:15pm On August 29th I waited until after 4:00 pm to finally be called back to the exam room and there I waited again. He told me his staff would set me up for a colonoscopy and endoscopy, which they did for September 1st. At the surgery center. Surgery center called and said because of issues that arose the colonoscopy couldn't be done there so someone from the office would call me and let me know what to do. I was supposed to start the prep at 4:00 that day. Well Dr. Klins staff never did answer my messages left and never to this day September 19th has called me back and tomorrow is my follow-up appointment to see what the results from my procedure was. I want to go but only to complain to him about his incompetent staff. He might have been able to help me with my issues but I'm not going to waste my time with his staff who in my opinion needs to be let go and replaced."
