"In one week I had gotten a phone call from the marijuana doctor and I called back and I confirm my appointment with them then within a few days I got another phone call and had to confirm my appointment with him then I called them on the phone to find out what's going on and I've told they have two appointments for me at the same time that's why I'm getting ready to confirmed but the lady told me she's hitting the button and she's got an error that will not confirm my appointment then she wanted to know why am I getting so worked up over a simple mistake. Not very friendly that's all I can say. And the fact it's a doctor's appointment and you don't want to miss it is a good reason to get worked up because if you miss it they're going to get worked up. But once again she could sure as hell work on her damn manners and there's no one to talk to for corporate to complain so I will have to go this route and then contact the Department of Health the State of Florida and explain to him the problem that's going on let's see which way they direct me I have been going to this doctor for 2 years now I even helped hang their Banner when it fell down originally on the front of their store and this is what I get an attitude from the staff from simply trying to figure out why they keep telling me I'm confirmed just have another one call me back to tell me I'm not having me another one to tell me that I'm not there's a problem there"
