"Very unprofessional staff. Dr had a walker and oxygen tank. Never received paperwork regarding my elder parent cellulitis. No follow up. DO NOT go there. Nurse was also rude and didn’t even know how to bandage my moms foot. They don’t return calls. Will report them also to Medicare."
"Terrible business practice in regards to billings. Wife paid bill way before due date stated, despite the bill statement coming 11 day in the mail of being posted. 2 months after being paid and have receipt. This business had the audacity to send it to collection. I advised everyone to be careful of their business practices. If you do call to speak to a person, they are unprofessional."
"My wife & 19yr old daughter had a great experience with the staff & doctor. The office staff were courteous & got us an appointment within a reasonable time. The nurse was pleasant & even made copies of all my reports for the file. Dr. Ondrusek was patient, explained everything clearly & gave my wife peace of mind. I would recommend them to my family & friends"
"Been waiting for this appointment since I was discharged from the hospital and it was a complete waste of time and MONEY! First off all I was under the impression I would be seeing the same infectious disease Dr from the hospital and it was not her , Dr Buchstein should not still be practicing medicine . She has a breathing tank in her office and needed a got damn walker ! I’ve been getting random itchy bumps and she all I was told was to see an allergist or dermatologist. I asked who should I see first and was advised whoever can get me in first. Then tells me sorry she couldn’t help me but be safe. Biggest waste of time ever !"

They may be very busy at times, (especially in the middle of a pandemic) but I'm always able to get in touch with them in a timely manner. Over the years I have been treated by every Doctor here, and they are all wonderful. The nurse is extremely helpful and courteous. If I could rate them more than 5 stars I would"
