"Terrible doctor, had to do the “threat” of “could you put in my chart that you refused to do testing” to get her to order tests. And before this I waited over an hour in the actual room the automatic light turned off she came in saying sorry because she “gives her patients attention”. But only saw me for 15 minutes told me I look young and healthy and I had to threaten to even get tests run. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this dr. Had some very nice PAs though I luckily only met Isabel once."

"I’ll be honest, I’m not sure why I am unable to get through to make an appointment via calling the office, but when I have left voicemails and called repeatedly this entire past week I haven’t had 1 follow up call. I would love to change my review and be seen by the doctor since this is my primary, I have been in a lot of pain this past week and haven’t had any follow ups. Not sure what my next step should be."

"I had an appointment with Dr Bueno at MGSF and was extremely satisfied and impressed with the overall experience. The facility is extremely clean and inviting. From the moment you walk in, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Everyone introduced themselves and was helpful to get you situated. Very easy check in process and little to no wait time. Dr Bueno was especially warm, knowledgeable and friendly. Insurance can be tricky and she suggested great ways for me to get the best care at the best prices with the insurance I have. I needed Xrays on my foot and the medical group has a beautiful state of the art machine on site. I was taken within 20 minutes and given my discs and report within another 20 minutes. I had to call back to get a referral for a specialist and Kristie took care of this immediately for me as I had an appointment the next day so it was very time sensitive. I worked in the medical field for 6 years and so I am very picky and critical of who I go to and how they operate. I am very happy that I found Dr Bueno and the Medical Group of South Florida.
