"Our appointment- again- was 4:30, by 5:15 we hadn’t even received a room. This is not the first time. So we left and I took her back today. Got her in for a drop off- 2 others there with large- pitties- who were barely sting enough to hold their animals back. That isn’t the clinics fault, and the vet tech did ask them all to separate as to avoid problems- for that I am grateful"
"My favorite pet store. They helped me pick out a razor to fit the razor combs that I had. They do this even though they make a lot more money charging for grooming. We have a short haired wheaton terrier who requires extensive grooming. When his hair gets over 2 to 3 inches it's $120 to $150 to groom him. It's much less expensive to pay for the razor and the grooming heads for it. Maybe $130."
"Took my pup in for his first wellness check. Everything went well and the nurse, doctor and front desk staff were very nice and friendly. Had an appointment first thing in the morning, which I think I will continue to do."
"Horrible experience, this is my second time taking one of my dog for dental cleaning. The first time, the person authorized to do the theet removal was not at this location the day of my appointment. Today the machine is broken. I lived 45 minutes from this location, 3 hours on the road, burning gasosolun and my personal time wasted, an then hear this words, "we are sorry". Banfield might need to go back to be under PetSmart, it was a more responsible company."
"I take my 2 dogs here as their primary veterinarian. They are competent and, most of the time cheaper than other vets i have been to on almost everything. Professional and knowledgeable. I also feel good that they are backed by the Petsmart brand. As a bonus I can pick up dog food and flea treatment all in one stop."
