"The staff were all very pleasant and sympathetic, gentle with our little guy and even had him purring the whole time. The assistant also went over a multi-tier cost plan to work with us since we had to make an immediate visit, and couldn't wait for paychecks to come through as our pet suffered. We'll be heading back to get the non-critical (but still very important) work done as soon as we get paid, and we really appreciate how they worked with us and were able to work out an affordable option for us to get him the critical care parts he needed right away. They were very patient and informative, happily answering our questions, and just overall generally pleasant and very helpful. The overall office demeanor was also positive and friendly. As a former vet tech myself, back in the college days, I am more critical than most people of vets and pet stores, and cognizant of other little details as well. Things you might not know to look for that reveal exactly how clean and professional a place is, regardless of how it looks to the naked eye. They passed with flying colors. It's the little things that indicate the company cares about their employees and patients, which means a lot to me. I would definitely recommend their services if your pet needs medical care."
