"If I could give zero stars I would. Don't go here if you want to get better. They don't care about you as a patient or your health. I had a concussion because of my accident and I was very sick. Throwing up and dizzy. I asked the chiropractor if they could recommend a neurologist and the chiropractor agreed. He told the receptionist to recommend a neurologist. The receptionist was NEVER friendly towards patients. She told the chiropractor no that she will not recommend me a neurologist. The receptionist was very unprofessional. She was yelling at me while I was not feeling good and in front of the other patients and saying I did not have a concussion and that since the hospital did a CT scan and it came back that I did not have a concussion. First of all the receptionist is NOT a chiropractor and she does not have the education of one either. You CANNOT see a concussion on a CT scan. Meanwhile the Doctor at the hospital sent me home with papers informing me that I had a concussion. Why was the receptionist telling the Doctor what to do? I decided to go to neurologists on my own and yes he confirmed that I did have a concussion and I received the treatment that I needed. I went to a different chiropractor after that. Go to St Petersburg Chiropractic Injury Rehab instead. It is a more professional atmosphere and they actually care about you as a patient."
