"I am not sure where to begin. From start to finish, I was impressed with the level of attention provided. Some people don't understand how difficult it is to take the first step to make an appointment to begin the process of getting your health in order. I actually called a couple other Dr. offices before landing on IO Medical. (The others were so rude and I decided against booking an appt) Ashley answered the phone at IO and was so friendly and personable that I decided to book with the practice. I just went in and Dr. Michel was the kindest and most attentive Dr I have seen in my adult life. She was in the room with me for almost an hour talking to me about my history, symptoms, diagnosis and a game plan going forward. She was able to connect the dots for me and recommend a starting point for me to gain more knowledge on the subject. I am throughly impressed and grateful for my experience with IO Medical. I was truly fortunate to stumble on the practice here on Google. If you are looking for a Dr that will take the time to actually listen to you and rush you, Dr. Michel is the one.
