"Called to get a price. First person to answer was a woman who said she needed all kinds of information which I told her I had in hand. Suddenly she puts me on hold and a guy comes on and says he cannot quote a price unless a claim is filed. Claim filed for just quoting a price even when I have all information for my RX plan ?! They both could not have been more rude. Unless you don't care about the cost of your RX's then this is surely not the place!"

"I've not been able to actually walk in this pharmacy for 3 years--first it was covid panic, now it's "construction" so it's all drive thru. The girl at the drive thru window took my name and then went to the mirror to buff in her makeup . The other lady came and told me what I owed and brought out the prescription. I called last week to ask if they carry a certain drug, I was turned over to the pharmacist and he rudely told what they do carry--I explained I had an allergic reactipn to that one they had and were they able to obtain from a different manufacturer and he rudely shouted, that's all we carry! and he hung up on me. WOW. This place isn't long for this world. Sad to see the decline."

"So if you are the pharmacist or the worker that just called a company & told the answering service person to F off , u r so rude & disgusting & of no class. Obviously we work for a company we have no idea what took place we are just answering calls for different companies & I did google the number to make sure I got the right company. U have no up bringing and ur mannerless & beneath the standard of a hog that his everyday activity takes place in a sty. You do not even deserve to be placed amongst them because you are obviously below their standards. Go visit a pastor because at this point u need more than help. Disgusting. 08/25/2023"

"Just moved and highly, highly recommend Mother's Pharmacy. If you relay on your medications and are looking for honest and attentive help then this is the place. Big box pharmacies here in Naples have not been upfront with me and have no care for their customers. So glad I found Mother's Pharmacy and am making the switch."

"Best pharmacy in Naples!! Very helpful staff that go out of the way to serve you. Very smart people working here!! Totally serious I'm very happy with how much they know and how much they help you!!! The prices are better then the big stores believe it or not. Just ask them to compare an if they can beat the price they will. Example when I did and I saved over half the cost from another big store pharmacy in town. The entire staff is EXTREMELY friendly and very patient with you. Tip to remember they volunteer on Wednesday at a local nursing home so they close the entire store at noon I think or 1:00 pm and the entire staff goes to give back to the community. I highly recommend changing your prescriptions over to Mother's pharmacy it's well worth it! Oh one more thing they will mail you your prescriptions if you want, another plus!!"
