"I scheduled an appointment for my dog with anticipation, I waited for one hour for my dog to be seen and when I paid they charged me $25 more because they told me in their system I appeared as a walk in when I did call before and scheduled an appointment with time and the lady on the phone told me doctors visit was going to be 58 dollars. They didn’t care and because they saw that in the system charged me 88 dollars. Doctor was nice but front desk should be more considered because it’s not a client fault of system for some reason put that."
"The staff at North Shore were so amazing and accommodating today! They were able to assist me with an emergency for my pet skunk and fit him in 15 minutes after I called. You can tell they truly love what they do. Thank you so much! We will be bringing our other pets here from now on!"

FREDDIE was so sick, and I was so scared to lose him, and they reassured me that they would do everything to make him feel better, and they did!! Excellent customer service they really care!!
