"We recently experienced a health scare with our senior kitty, and our anxiety was quickly addressed by the clinic. Despite the nervous phone call, they managed to squeeze us in promptly. Once at the facility, my husband and I appreciated being able to wait in the exam room with our kitty during the test results. Dr. Lantry, understanding our panic, reassured us with a tidbit of good news to set our minds at ease while we waited for further results. She took the time to call and consult with our cardiologist and gave us all the time and attention we needed to answer all our questions. The ongoing support from the staff, who regularly check on us and our kitty, has been incredibly comforting. We are immensely grateful for everyone’s swift and compassionate response during this challenging time."
