"Had a trip & needed boarding for my golden retriever, Hashbrown. First day we left him he was really spooked & that made me feel nervous about his stay. By upgrading his room we got daily updates with photos, so we agreed to do that instead. CONS: I do wish we got longer videos of him and/or that parents had camara access to their rooms or common areas. It’s pricey. PROS: They respond to text messages which makes the communication easier. Our flight back was canceled & I let them know by text & there was no hassle or protocol letting Hashbrown stay another night. The day we picked him up he was really happy & energetic. They gave us this nice picture when we got him."

"My little girl loves to go to Petsuites! I asked my little girl if she wants to go to see her friends. She gets all excited and runs to the door. She stands up high in her carrier looking out the window watching for where we’re going. When we get there, she just barks with joy. When we go in she’s so happy and the staff is so welcoming and loving. When I pick her up, she’s just as happy but a little tired. I love taking my Tilley to PetSuites!"

"There wasn’t any communication from the start. The day we boarded we didn’t have a particular vaccine but was never told we were missing it. We were approved for the visit via app. I was told to communicate through text as it was better but none of my three messages were answered.We didn’t get pictures or a pawgress report. We paid for bathes but my dogs didn’t get those either. They’ve been home for five days and are both sick since leaving this place. Could be the last minute shot, the treat they weren’t supposed to have that they threw up. The place looked like a really nice spot to take my dogs. I was excited to have them stay there. It was clean and seemed safe for them to play in. I was wrong. These kids that were working there all seemed bothered by one another."

"I had a couple issues scheduling a grooming appointment. Arrived and was told it was only for part of the services. Rescheduled and it went well. Will be more specific and show pictures of desired cut for our puppy. Manager was very helpful . Also spoke with training staff for future consideration. Very helpful and clearly explained what they can offer. Recommend this place."

"Our dogs had a great stay. They were happy coming home and smelled clean and fresh. Their weight was well maintained, and had received a good “paw-gress” report. The price was extremely reasonable, and we received an unexpected multi-pet discount. We will continue to choose PetSuites for our future needs."
