"It’s $230 for an appointment and Dr. Scott answered his phone not once but twice during our meeting. When you’re paying that much you want to feel like you have your doctor’s attention and you definitely don’t here. He also runs unnecessary tests/suggests very expensive courses of treatment. When I reviewed what he did with my primary vet they said it was all things they could’ve done there for half the price. Unless you need allergy testing I’d steer clear."

I was told to just stick to the regiment. Beware they will make is seem like they will absolutely be able to help your pet."

"Stevie had middle ear infections in both ears and couldn’t walk without falling over. I made an appointment to have the infection cleaned out and everyone was so caring. They got her in immediately and Dr Hernandez was willing to give up her lunch hour to do the procedure. The doctor, nurses and front desk staff answered all my questions (and I had a lot of questions) and I knew that they were going to take good care of Stevie. I was confident Stevie was in good hands when I dropped her off for the procedure. They took the time when I picked her up to explain everything for her after care so I knew what to expect. I truly appreciate all the caring they showed to Stevie and her human"
