"Finishing the afternoon of Sunday, June 4th, the employees of this place, including the manager, were very rude to my family and me. The woman who supposedly has experience with fish refused to give her name. She is tall and has very short hair. In a very rude manner, she refused to sell me two fish because, according to her, she believed I only had one 10-gallon tank at home and that the three small fish I already have were enough. But in reality, I have two tanks, and no matter how much I explained and showed her pictures, she treated me as a dishonest person. Does she live in my house to confirm whether I have only one or two tanks? Additionally, they are hired to recommend and sell to customers, but the final decision to accept recommendations and buy the desired quantities is up to the customer's discretion. The owners should take action on this matter and dismiss them because both are driving away customers, as several customers have mentioned in their Google reviews."
