"I am moving to NC and needed to get my cat medication for the long car ride. I am a new client of Coastal's and was worried I wasn't going to get on the calendar in time for the move. I called on a Tuesday and they were able to see me that same Saturday. The clinic is so clean and inviting. The staff are absolutely amazing and they took care of my sweet Pheebs like she was one of their own. I couldn't have asked for a better visit and if we weren't moving we would use Costal Animal Clinic for all of our pet visits!"
"Went here for my dog throwing up, while they examined him they said he may also have an ear infection, I could not get the ear medication at the time and they told me I could come back for it. I came back less than one month later and they wanted to charge me for the exam and ear infection bacteria test AGAIN even though we had just done it. When I asked why I would need to do a physical exam charge again when I just had one the tech with long blonde hair (did not catch her name) was very rude about it. Fast forward to the exam and the vet didn’t even notice a bump my dog had on him and I had to ask her to look at it. If she wasn’t even looking over my dog thoroughly I’m not sure what I was paying for. During they exam they just kept trying upsell me for things not needed or necessary for my dogs health. Even after I said I am only here for the ear infection she sent me home with a quote sheet to “go home and think about.” Felt like they only cared about getting me to purchase services rather than making sure my dog was okay. I will never bring my dog here again."
"Best vet in Tampa, unfortunately I had another vet prior to taking my pup before bringing him by and it was to late for my fur baby but they were the sweetest and gave me options for payments, medication. We did sadly have to put my babyboy down but they were so comforting thru the whole process even sent a condolences card, I will be taking all my future fur babies to this vet. You guys are amazing thank you again for making this hard experience just a little easier."
