Harmony Vet Care of Brandon

"We originally adopted Willow from a rescue but she had very bad kennel cough, that lead to slight pneumonia in her lungs. She had fever, green mucus from the nose and eyes, trouble breathing, lethargic, and reduced interest in eating. I desperately called Harmony vet care in the Tampa location because we used them before but they were full with no room for emergency apts. I called the Brandon location and at first they said the same, but then a staff got back to me and was able to squeeze her in, knowing Willow shouldn’t wait. The doctor said we caught the pneumonia just in time so she didn’t need more extensive treatment, I was worried still, but they were right! With a few medications and nose drops, and always answering my questions and concerns super quickly the last few weeks, Willow is almost at 100% recovery. Her energy is back, she is eating, she can breathe, no more eye mucus, and just some slight nose drips left that I’m thinking will clear up with her last few days of medications. We truly thought this was going to be thousands of dollars and weeks in the hospital on breathing machines etc, because we’ve seen it before with dogs with pneumonia. I am so so grateful that harmony vet care of Brandon was able to squeeze us in knowing how big of a difference time came make, saved us thousands, provided affordable care, and saved our baby. Check in can take a while past your appointment time sometimes, but I will forever will recommend them, even if I had to wait hours ❤️ picture with animal control is when we first got her, last pictures are her happy and (mostly) healthy now ❤️"

"Highly recommend! I can’t say enough about Harmony Vet Care. I took my puppy there for the first time to get neutered not knowing they have a car drop off for surgery, I walked inside and instead of asking me to go back in my car and get in line the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind! After surgery they gave me clear instructions and told me if I have any questions do not hesitate to call. I definitely felt safe leaving my baby with them and I’ll be recommending them to all my family/friends."

"We got off to a confusing start at the Harmony Vet Clinic off of John Moore Rd. here in Brandon just because our 930 am vet appointment wasn't showing up in the system & the drive up situation was a bit confusing for the first time (I found out its because they have such a tiny waiting area, so they have you have to pull into the parking area in a horseshoe shaped line while you wait your turn with your fur baby in your car until the vet tech comes to get you when it's your turn to go into the facility and place you in a room). Thanks to Beth at the front for making it possible for our kitty to be seen since the computer system was messing up. Anyways, our vet tech was so kind, and so was our veterinarian, Kim. I love that they are not forceful here, they explain your options clearly and Kim was so thorough. She told me side effects of a medication my cat was getting previously that were never explained before by the previous vet we were going to - at a totally different vet clinic might I mention - She genuinely cared and didn't want to push our kitty to have all these unnecessary shots, especially all at once like my cat was just forced to have before with no one explaining our kitty needed time to heal and that it was best to hold off on some things because it was better for her health. Kim and her vet tech were very caring and so much more affordable and up front than the previous place we were at. I'm so happy to have found Harmony Vet!"

"Harmony is the best vet service in the county. Our dog was acting fine but could only open his mouth a couple inches. The vet and her asst spent a lot of time with us and we left with meds in hand and feeling confident in her guidance. Here is our dog 3 days later cramming 2 toys in his opened mouth.
