"My boys have patients at Banfield their whole lives. Kitt, Dr Rubin, Dr Estrella and the rest of the team have cared for them through puppyhood into their grumpy old man years. They know us when we walk in the door and it has always felt warm. I appreciate the weekend and drop off appointments so I can make sure they are always taken care of. The staff has always enabled us to give the best of care. Recently, Petey developed an infection that was not curable. Treatment options were truthfully discussed and we were able to make the kindest choice for him and help him cross the rainbow bridge with his whole family present to love him right to the end. The staff was so kind and understanding, giving us the time we needed for our family. Today, I picked up his remains. They were beautifully packaged with extremely thoughtful touches I did not expect. Kitt kindly comforted me once more with kind words and support. I could not imagine taking my dogs anywhere else."
