"This is for the Pharmacy, the older gray hair lady that works behind the counter always has the wrong way of assisting the customers. I was polite to her and still recieved poor customer service and I finally said forget it, I don't mean to make you go out of your way to assist me since I am literally the only customer in line this morning. "I usually love the service I get at cvs, but I must say, this pharmacy has the worst service I've ever seen, particularly at the drive through. I've been sick for a week. Drive up at 9, takes them 5 minutes to raise their shield and they never acknowledge me. After another five minutes, I get out of the car to 0ush the call button, still takes another 3 minutes for someone to wait on me. This is typical of what I've experienced."
"Pharmacy is so slow. You will be waiting in the lane for up to 30 minutes sometimes.and if their lunch time comes up as you finally get to the window, they will shutter the window and you will get no service. No, instead of taking lunch shifts so customers can get their meds, you will be turned away. Awful, uncaring managers."
