"I took my granddaughter because her kitten was sick last week, the vet didn't even touch him, I insisted that he look at his neck because he was scratching himself so much he had hurt himself and only half bent down to look at him from a distance, he didn't explain what was wrong, he didn't ask any questions, they only made a list of how much it would cost me to "cure him" two injections $179 in total. Although at first they said $149 which was what I accepted. They gave him two injections, a cone, I asked the nurse when I could take the cone out and she said she didn't know, she didn't think it would ever happen, they didn't give me a follow up appointment and here is my poor kitty a little better I think. I always thought that a veterinarian loved animals, this man definitely has no empathy for anything or anyone."
"The front desk crew were rude, actually witnessed a elderly women asking questions. The lady at the desk was absolutely bothered. Rolling eyes. We wanted to run. Yet we needed urgent care. We went to the pups room... Absolutely shock. The veterinarian was wonderful. Very attentive. The vet tech is so empathetic. Kind. Thank you"

"These guys are great. I drive all the way from apopka to take Rizo here. Everyone is super pleasant and friendly....they're knowledgeable and efficient. It's also pretty reasonably priced. My healthy chiweenie thanks them even if she doesn't always enjoy the visit!"
