"This animal hospital doesn't deserve my business. Because they advertised emergency service, I took my sick cat there on January 24, 2024. My first clue should have been the filthy dirty pad on the metal exam table. The vet didn't introduce himself and after a cursory exam, his assistant brought in a list of tests that totaled $1100.00. I told the assistant I only wanted fluids and antibiotics from that list for the cat's upper respiratory infection. The vet returned and began to yell and implied I did not care for my pet. I insisted I wanted only the fluids and antibiotics. He left, but returned a second time and yelled at me again. I left with no treatment and went to a 24-7 vet clinic. There I got fluids and antibiotics and the cat responded immediately. By the time I got the cat in to see her regular vet, she was back to normal. I feel that the vet and the assistant tried to bully me into spending $1100. Reminds me of the behavior of car salesmen. Well, they lost out on the fee they could have gotten for the services I wanted. Don't let them bully you!"

"I brought my cat here on Saturday for an emergency. The staff were excellent, very informative, caring, and everyone was just so friendly. I will definitely bring my cat here from here on out. Thank you all again for everything!"

"Luv-N-Care Animal Hospital in Longwood refused to refund me for a credit on my previous visit of $70. Also, I was told when scheduling my appointment that their fee for my annual check up to renew my cat's prescription would be $60. This was told to me by one their representatives during a phone conversation when making my appointment for my cat. However, when I brought my cat in for his annual examination on the scheduled appointment date, I was given a significantly higher price for my cat's prescription renewal fee along with additional charges despite the fact that my cat had no signs of any type of illnesses. He just needed his prescription refilled for his urinary track food. Why wasn't this told to me on the phone? The reason was they were attempting to do a pressure sale on me after I was their with my cat because they were thinking I would pay the additional charges so I could get his prescription refilled. When I argued with the vet about this price increase, she told me to leave and also refused to give me my refund credit amount. Fortunately, I video recorded her on my phone stating this and it will posted on Youtube as further evidence of her refusing me my credit balance which is the same as stealing. There will be a good chance that I will submit this claim to Seminole County Civil Court along with my court cost expenses also."

"Terrible experience. The doctor had no idea what was wrong with my cat. The first appointment I paid over $700 that included x-rays. They could not tell me the results either. They mentioned everything under the sun since they had no diagnosis. The doctor only talked about chopping off the toe without even knowing what's wrong. They constantly want you to come back, but no answers. They do not care about your pets, also seems like no experience at all. They just want your money. They put the fear in You, then use that to get more money from you. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE. When I asked the vet specific questions on what the nail is supposed to look like as well ad other questions she had no idea. Before she even prescribed the medicine she wanted to sedate the cat and take her nail off or amputate. The xray results I was told they couldn't tell anything. As for sample of the wound I was just told bacteria. They also did a quote for the initial visit and was told $45, then ended up being $51. The follow up appointment was supposed to be $35, then again was $51. So no answers, more appointments so they can keep collecting the $51"

"Dr. Singh delivered exactly what I asked for, military short crop and he conquered it. 3 months old male Doberman, only did 4 postings with exact directions from Dr. Singh doing Dasuquin once a day ( which is an joint and cartilage supplement which helped developed his ears to mold into the stand I needed) using antibiotics as the ear postings can cause infection because the ears aren’t exactly breathing as much with postings on. Antibiotics worked great to give less of an infection. If you keep the posting clean as the technician and Doctor request you will see great results. It is very hard to maintain your puppy to do minimum as again there PUPPIES, they will want to be puppies and that’s okay but it’s worth the long term result for a 1.5 month of a wait. If your looking for a good doctor to crop your next puppy, Dr. SIngh is the one. Worth the price and wait."
