"They have cared for our babies very well. The veterinarians explain everything super well to make sure that you know what’s going on as the pet parent. They’ve been very thorough with our Dr. Bob was so, kind and professional. The 3 ladies at the front desk are super sweet and make sure that you are comfortable in the lobby. All of the staff ( Sky, Jordan, Carly, Michelle, Khyla to name a few) work efficiently and make sure you are in and out as quickly as possible, and as their pest tech, I'm always recommending them."

"We love Dr. Tony and Dr. Irelan, not to leave out the incredible nurses that love on Dawson! He had surgery again yesterday, they treat him like their very own. When I call with questions or concerns they call me back to reassure me or give me ideas to help Dawson feel the best! He's my baby and I treat him like I did my children and they do as well. Big shout-out to Kayla for assisting with his surgery yesterday and taking time to really talk to me when I picked him up. You are the very best! I'm blessed to have you care for him!"

"Went there for the second time, first time was with a litter of golden doodles. Came back because I thought it was a good place to establish my puppy’s health care…long story short called made the appointment and didn’t ask what the puppy was getting as second vaccines, went in veterinary was in an emergency surgery and I was put in a room a girl came in and gave my puppy a shot and I ask her!?!? Is that all and she said yes, when I’m at check out., she comes back and tells me if I can bring my puppy back to weight her, I did, she end up putting bortadella shot only and I was told it should have been bortadella- lepto and deworming, that didn’t happen. While I was driving called the office and I was placed on hold like for 15 minutes when they answer, they started talking to me about the medicine for my cat!?!? Cat? I said excuse me, I’ve been on hold just to ask a question, person on the phone told, I’m sorry I was in another call, I have to place you on a brief hold, she didn’t let me talk anymore waited like 10 more minutes and by that time I was completely disappointed and hung up. No one in the front office bothered to call me and I gave them my name and my puppy’s name. It was really rude how they just left me waiting on the phone twice. That’s how you lose patients and good people that decided to trust this place. I have another dog that was going to be seen on the 18 of this month and I will not even call to cancel, I will not show up period. Dissatisfied and disappointed of the second and last visit for me. Thank you!!!!"

"Been going to Dr. Bob since 2006 before they built their new office. . Recommended by a lady I bought my Boston Terrier from around 2006. Love the staff and doc. Everyone is so nice and caring and the office is always super clean. Dr. Bob has treated all of my pets from a Boston Terrier , Pitbull, Stafford and now my new baby a Bordeaux . I now recommend Dr. Bob to others. My mother-n-law, Ruth and my sister , Sheri all see Dr. Bob now too and love him. . I highly recommend this veterinarian clinic."

"Went for the first time today after referred from a friend. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The nurse staff was very knowledgeable, and gave my new pup the attention he needed! Dr was super nice and extremely knowledgeable, has been practicing for 50 years this month! My pup ended up having cherry eye, and they fixed him up, and off we were. My pup was fine took a nap in car, then came home like nothing happened!"
