"It's always something, every time I go into this place. The pharmacist is a douche and his staff are a bunch of jerks. I've tried to have them update my phone number in their system 3 times and I am still not receiving texts when my scripts are filled. They are frequently out of stock meds necessitating a second visit and a second time waiting in line to pick up my prescriptions. It's super inconvenient when I have to call or show up several times just to find out if they have my script filled. Most pharmacies are bad enough to deal with in general, but this place takes the cake. I have never used a worse pharmacy in my life. Don't try to call, they don't answer the phone."

"This pharmacy in Inverness Highlands square is terrible! The pharmacy staff are extremely rude. The older female who does the check out has no business in customer service. I saw the pharmacist yelling at a customer because she could only pick up one prescription and demanded to know when she was coming back. The older check out lady did it to me last month. I made a mistake choosing this pharmacy. It always a stressful time trying to get your medicine."

"Tried picking up script, told by pharmacist can't use insurance, must be preauthorized. I said I'll talk to my doctor, he says no, don't talk to Dr, I need to call my insurance. I'm no expert but I believe you have to be a Dr to get meds authorized. This pharmacist spoke so fast and was talking about my meds in front of several customers. He didn't know my situation and whether I could even afford price which is what I was trying to find out. This guy was very unprofessional and acted like I should know all about how pharmacies operates. It's his job, I'm just a customer with no clue how it works, not to mention him airing my business to all the other customers present. Bad ,bad service. Very embarrassing!!!"
