She also was very rude on the phone with another customer and another person in the waiting room. She also shoved the needle in my arm and moved it around jabbing a lot. Sandra was her name"

"I was very satisfied with the services that I received Sandra is an exceptional phlebotomist! Her bedside manner was perfect and I didn't even know that the needle went into my arm highly recommend this laboratory for future tests"

"I DO NOT recommend this place. The receptionist Sandra is extremely rude, she made it seem like I was interrupting her sitting down time. I was dropping off a specimen and as I was walking into bathroom she said, “oh there is no toilet paper but there is paper towels.” and kind of chuckled. Then when I was finished and trying to give her the specimen she made me wait so long knowing I was done that I had to walk next door to my doctors office and ask if they can get her attention to take my specimen. Extremely rude, unprofessional and not very clean. Bring your own toilet paper. Hopefully they really send this off to the lab but if they don’t I know who to blame. I will be calling the manager Monday and sharing my experience. Hopefully someone will care because according to others a lot of people say Sandra is rude. I honestly never write bad reviews but I was treated so wrong and unfortunately she was the only one there."

"I was greeted warmly by Anna upon my arrival and she is very friendly and efficient. She reminded me that we need to check if this lab is in network with my insurance carrier. Unfortunately it isn't. I was disappointed I'd have to go someplace else, but great job Anna, you saved me hundreds of dollars!! Thank you so much!! Your work ethic and mannerism is much appreciated, truly an exemplary employee!"

"You'd think in the 21st Century they'd be able to accurately schedule patients online. We rearrange our work schedules, fast, and arrive at our early scheduled times only to find out the open at 8. My appointment was at 7:15. As I am waiting in the dark, a nurse from another facility was nice enough to let me know. I even received a confirmation code the night before my appointment. Now my medication schedule is off! Thank you for the chaos today. All they need to do is block out those times. Not a fan!"
