"Good visit. Chose Bay because Forest Park would only take two pets at one appointment. I have three. Vet was thorough. Techs were great. Friendly and cost was reasonable for monthly prevention and meds. Although dental cleaning can be done at Banfield for half the price."

Well, yes they are! To be consistently friendly and helpful every visit is so appreciated. As far as the doctors go, I am very happy! Both Dr. Ruff and Dr. Howell are fantastic! They are up to date on the latest medications and treatments and always give my dogs the best of care. All of the staff here treat my dogs as if they were their own. He diagnosed my dog's condition without expensive testing. The techs are caring and competent, and the front desk folks are helpful and able to handle many concerns or call back with answers."
