"All staff, including medical assistants & providers come in & go out like a revolving door. Lack of empathy, & actual passion for patients. Patients are treated like a money sign, even worse than a number. Management very power hungry & doesn't treat staff well. It's sad to see this in the medical field where people need to feel at comfort with their medical providers"
"Been a patient for four years and am very happy! 15 minute sessions may run over a hour. Very thorough. Coordinating six specialists is their specialty. Happy staff and pretty good follow up."
"Terrible place for patients, they are always trying to force minority patients on to hospice. They always running out off medication in the office and giving the patients expired Albuterol medication for the nebulizer machine. The can't keep decent Medical assistance or Front desk cause the office manager doesn't have clinical Knowledge. They switch doctors like every 4 months the only doctor thats been there the longest is PA Flores and he is wonderful.The only thing that office can do right is cancel patients appointment and reschedule for different day without letting the patient know."
"Patient service is the worst ,I would not recommend this place to a dead person. They are closed between 12 and 1 for lunch which is fine but they leave early and dint turn the phones on whenever they get back . I called before 12 and then about 1:20 and got the answering service that is also semi useless."
