"I have been coming to this office for as long as I can remember (at least 15 years) and the team is always incredible and help me through any issues I may be having. I have never had a problem setting up an appointment, nor have I been treated poorly by the team at any point. Dr. Stephens has always been an advocate for me and has helped me through so much - even just the yearly bloodwork and paps. My husband started seeing Dr. Le a year or so ago and loves him- what a great addition to the team! So thankful for this team of doctors and nurses that always make sure I'm healthy!"

"E and S has always been very responsive. They reply to your calls or portal messages extremely quickly. Dr. Stephens is very thorough and covers all bases; she is a very good family doctor!! Dr. Le is also efficient and knowledgeable. Carol and Nancy are also terrific. When you call with an issue, the whole staff takes care of things as quickly as they can to get you on your way to feeling better. The doctors take their time with each patient, so you may have to wait; but when it is your turn, you get the same quality of care they are giving others. Thanks to all of the office staff for being so quick setting up the appointments and for great communication!"

"10/04/23: I just came here to remind everyone that this office is rude, unprofessional and not worth your time. Please seek primary care with a provider that actually cares about your health. 10/04/22: I called this office today, 5 minutes past my appointment time, and spoke to Bonnie. She immediately put me on hold, then transferred me to a nurse. I hung up and called back, asking if I could please speak to my doctor, Bridget Levoir, per my appointment at 10:40 a.m. this morning. I was told my doctor was still seeing other patients. I asked how long she would be, they said not long, so I waited another 10 minutes. Still no phone call from Dr. Levoir. Since I am at work, taking specially arranged time off during the day for this telehealth visit, I called back again. This time I was transferred to a nurse named Chris. I expressed that I was frustrated with their lack of professionalism (twice in a row!) and she simply hung up on me. Finally, after 2 or 3 more attempts to call the office, I was transferred to a doctor Stevens. I have no relationship with this doctor, nor she with me. I am rightfully frustrated after two days of this office wasting my time. Dr. Stevens does not seem like a compassionate physician, or someone who cares about the integrity of their office. There is simply no accountability here- just defensiveness. I will now be seeking a new primary care physician for myself and my husband, since this office so clearly does not value me or my time! Additionally, I have filed a complaint with the state of Florida to report their negligence. Updated 10/3/22: I am now a patient of Doctor Bridget Levoir. I had multiple difficulties updating my new insurance, calling to pay a bill, and now with my first ever telehealth appointment. Today, when I called their office at 5 mins. past my appt. time, I was informed that my appointment had been canceled, and the doctor was not in today. I never received any call or notice of this change. I am disconcerted by how many times I had to call in to provide my new insurance information, and confirm the appointment that was set for me at my last office visit. This is disappointing, unprofessional behavior and it is not acceptable from a Primary Care office. We rely on you to listen to us, and to honor your part in our appointments, and you failed. (Old review): I see Gina Montie, PA-C and she is absolutely fantastic. She truly listens, she offers great alternative solutions, and she is very future orientated and holistic with her approach to wellness. Thank you!!"

"The only good thing I can say about this office is that Dr Li was extremely nice. The office staff not so much! I called to have them call in a refill of my prescription to a different pharmacy gave them the new pharmacy name and address repeated it to her twice. Received a call from the wrong pharmacy stating prescription was ready - called office back told them it was called into wrong pharmacy no apology from office staff just asked what correct pharmacy should - now its the third time giving information to them. Finally received call from correct pharmacy but they called in the generic brand which I can not take and this information was given to Dr. Li at my initial visit. I requested someone from the office call me and explain why the wrong medication was called in and now I am out of medication and pharmacy wont get any in until Monday. So I would be without my medication for 3 days. Office called back and whoever I spoke with was rude - I explained I can not take the generic brand of and now I am without medicine. Her response was " you will only be without your medication for 2 days". Really would you give that response to a cancer patient or someone who takes seizure meds!!!! I had 1 visit to this office and I will not be back! The staff couldn't even take responsibility for their mistakes!!!!"
