"This is one of the best doctor offices! Not only is the office staff friendly and knowledgeable, but Dr Saccente is beyond fantastic. He will be very honest with you and provide you with the best treatments. He will ask many questions to ensure he has the correct treatment plan for you. I have asked him about different nonmedical treatments and he is very upfront and honest. He will tell you what works and what doesn't. Besides being one of the best doctors I have seen, the wait time from appointment time to being seen by the doctor is extremely low! It is a very well ran office! Doc and office staff are all so friendly with great senses of humor as well. I am so glad to be his patient!"

"I was referred to this location by a friend after many years of not having a doctor invested in my care. I was given a medication and had a severe reaction to this medication (mental health crisis). I called the office to report this issue at 9am letting them know I was in a crisis, the staff let me know this would be marked as urgent for the doctor to review. I then received a follow-up call at 4:30p and was told there was no possible other course of treatment, "sorry". They absolutely succeeded in removing the hope they provided on my initial visit when I was told I "would be a special project" by telling me they would do nothing, and nothing could be done for my condition. You were "not given the opportunity to discuss" is a bold faced lie of a reply. You were on the phone with us 3 times, The initial call was ended with being told nothing could be done and nothing would be done. I was told there were no options, my wife was told on a separate call there were no options. Yes when I requested to be removed as a patient i did end the call, this was after 3 phone calls."
