"Tried to make an appointment and it would require a “ Booking deposit “ of 189 dollars. Which includes a 5 dollar processing fee. Who does that? I’ll just return to the medical doctor’s office that I have used for over a year, that doesn’t charge a fee before even being seen. I was just trying to get an earlier appointment but certainly not worth the cost. Really, the whole medical marijuana program in Florida is a giant scam."

"STAY AWAY - All of their offices are closed. They dont answer phone calls. They dont take cash. They keep billing my credit card. Ahhhh!!! Please. This has to stop. Go anywhere but this awful place. Even the doctors were filth. The receptionist too. Jesus Christ do something. UPDATED - 9\18\2023 I am exhausted. I am just tired of this company.... I rode my bike 5 miles to this location. I arrived there during normal working business hours. The place was closed. I then rode my bike another 5 miles to the next nearest DocMJ location. They were closed too. When I contacted DocMJ about this issues this is what they had to say: "All of our offices are open on days physicians are seeing patients and our administrative office is open Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM". To paraphrase; This means that their locations are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. DocMJ Google Maps listings need to indicate which offices are appointment only and which ones are open during normal business hours. Not only will this ensure full accuracy of their Google Maps listings, but will most importantly stop wasting people's time. What's worse is their phone customer service is terrible... Getting a hold of a person to stop the monthly credit card billing is nearly impossible. Again. STAY AWAY"
