"Don’t book. I made an appointment here 2 months in advance just for them to cancel my appointment 5 days before then say there’s no available appointments until 7 months away. SMH"

"It’s difficult for me to describe the level of respect and appreciation I have for both Melissa Price and Dr. Srivastava Their professionalism is unsurpassed. Last year I thought I’d stepped on a tiny piece of glass which must have lodged in the bunion joint of my left foot very early Sunday morning. The pain was incredible. I called the on-call service late Sunday night and explained there appeared to be no wound a tiny bit of swelling but lots of pain, asking Dr. Srivastiva if I should go to the ER? He told me to meet at the office when they opened the following morning. I arrived at 9:00 AM and was immediately seen by Melissa. By this time a small black blister head formed and my foot and ankle were red and swollen. She called Dr. Srivastava in, as she suspected a serious bacterial infection possibly requiring surgical intervention. Melissa, Dr. Srivastiva and the entire staff went into action and we’re finally able to locate a podiatry surgeon willing to see me hours later. I was seen at 3:00 PM and immediately admitted to the hospital and placed on aggressive antibiotics. By this time the black blister was the size of a golf ball with a shocking amount of redness/swelling up to my knee. After 12 hours on the special IV antibiotics emergency surgery was performed. The infection was confirmed as staff “flesh eating bacteria.” The surgeon was amazed the infection had not yet entered the bone, crediting Melissa‘s immediate identification of a potentially urgent situation, Dr. Srivastava‘s response and the action of the staff in their office for that fact. The surgeon stated I was hours or even minutes away from the infection eating into the bone the next six days in the hospital were unpleasant and the recovery took some time but… I DID NOT LOOSE MY TOE, MY FOOT, MY LEG - OR MY LIFE. all of which were distinct possibilities and/or probabilities. The amount of excised necrotic tissue was noted to be “significant“ with grafting required and the antibiotics continued for sometime; however, to the amazement of the entire medical team, my foot healed beautifully as in, beautifully! I have photographs documenting each and every step of this journey which I would be happy to share and yes I continue to receive outstanding care each and every step of the way with all interaction with the practice. In addition Melissa and Dr. Srivastiva are more than pleasant, they are funny and just, plain cool! Thank you for letting me share"

"I’ve been coming to this practice for 10 years. I’ve worked in a hospital for 20. This doctor is caring, insightful, thorough, and one of the most knowledgeable providers I’ve known. I’ve come to my appointments and gone right in, and I’ve also waited in the lobby. When it comes to my healthcare and the care of my daughter, who has Down syndrome, I’m simply not in a rush. For those complaining about waiting. After working in the ED for several years, I can tell you that a lot of these primary care doctors have to stop what they’re doing and take calls from ED doctors so they can appropriately treat the patient in crisis. So I can understand a review that’s mad because they had to wait, I understand the frustration. Most people want instant service, no matter where they go. What I can’t understand is the comments about the staff. The doctor, the nurse practitioner, and the PA are wonderful providers. While they do have a couple new people that I don’t really know yet, the majority of the staff that has been there for many years are kind, and helpful. I also know that this doctor sees quite a bit of the hospital staff because they know his work ethic. So I would say to you, if you don’t like them, there’s a ton of other providers. I’ve worked for a few of them over the years, and trust me, you’ve got it really good with Dr. Srivastava. If you want excellent healthcare, know that when you come to your appointment, you might have to wait because there are others that need just a little more care and time."

"I've been attending this medical office for over a year now and the staff and treatment are so wonderful (like having visits with your friends). From the front desk to the back area personnel each person takes their time to ask questions and most importantly to hear any concerns I may have. My husband and I usually go in together and although it is a longer appointment we leave the office knowing all we must do to keep maintaining our health. Thank you for all you do and Dr. Vanay and Nurse Demaris keep doing what you are doing and taking the time to know us and help us in our journey through life. I don't have all the names, but it doesn't matter since each of them are very personable and ready to help and hear us out. Blessings to you all."
