"I recommend this place more as a dessert place than anything. The atmosphere is so nice, and the service is good. You have the option of indoor or outdoor seating. If you go for lunch, I recommend the Roasted Turkey Club Sandwich or the BLT. It’s a little on pricey, but worth it."

"The Glass Knife is one of those places that is a must visit every time we go to Orlando. Their donuts and pastries are some of the best we have ever had! Their seasonal treats are always unique and creative. But one of the things that makes me loyal is their amazing customer service. On a recent trip to Orlando we ordered a large batch of pastries to go. We were about 30 minutes out of Orlando when I got a call from them telling me one of my pastries did not get in the box. They offered to credit my card since we were already outside the city. When I got home I realized there must have been a small box of goodies that didn't make it into the to-go bag so I called them back and let them know figuring they would find them and credit my card back. Not only did they do that but I got a call about 45 minutes from the manager apologizing for the errors because that is unlike his team. This was the only time it has ever happened over the last few years. But he didn't stop there he told me he was leaving a gift card in the register with my name on it for the next time I went to Orlando. One of the ways to know how good a place really is, is based on how they handle a mistake. The Glass Knife showed me what excellent customer service looked like!"

"A really cute little dessert shop! I have to say that all the sweets there look fantastic and are great for photos. The atmosphere and service are really nice as well. However, the flavor is just mediocre. We ordered 2 cakes and preferred the chocolate Onyx slightly more than the winter berry and cream. They are just really really overly sweet. And don’t order the drinks:.) do go visit if you have a sweet tooth and for the cute atmosphere tho:)"

"The Glass Knife was delightful, from the adorable Christmas decorations to the genuinely sweet employees. I stopped by with a few friends and we grabbed a handful of the holiday pastries, which were all very delicious. A couple of the smaller cakes (the one with blue icing and the other with the gingerbread man on top) had very good flavors, but were a little too sweet for my taste. I personally purchased the Peppermint Chocolate Christmas Tree, which was covered in white chocolate, with a peppermint mousse in the center; both were very light and not too sugary. I also got a Peppermint Mocha, which was the perfect blend of peppermint-y goodness and chocolate. Highly recommend!"

"I've driven by The Glass Knife many times, and always wanted to stop, but I've never had the time. However, today I did. I expected something upscale, I guess because of the name and location, but to my surprise, it was just a charming, little, casual cafe. And before I forget to mention it, they love dogs! I asked the manager what the most popular sandwich was and he recommended the chicken salad sandwich or the BLT, but I decided to go with the pimento cheese, and it was very good, probably the best I've had, and that includes the delicious crispy croissant that comes with it. Soooooooo good! I also had the potato hash. If I liked spicy, I would've loved it, so I'm not complaining...but it's got some kick. For dessert, I had the Salted Caramel Brownie (I think) which I thought was more like a chocolate mousse with caramel, and it was very yummy, too! All of their desserts look absolutely amazing! So, the food is wonderful, and the staff and service are unsurpassed. I really enjoyed my lunch and I'm looking forward to going back again soon!"
