"My mother recently made a phone order to this location, next to Full Sail University in Winter Park, FL and was severely disrespected by the staff when she expressed her dissatisfaction with her order. She placed an order at the front desk in person of Onion rings, Fried shrimp and Fries and then picked up the order herself from the staff. Upon arriving home, she discovered the food was cooked in unfiltered/ old cooking oil, which gives the food a dark dingy hue, which is not only unappetizing, but quite unsanitary and unsafe to serve; due to possible cross contamination and multiple other foods prepared in the same oil. (I fully encourage the health department to look into this) *If you look closely at the picture of the fries you can see black particles of burnt material in the food.* They offered to remake the order but my mother at that point did not want any more food from this establishment and politely asked for a full refund. The staff refused to refund the order and even took the food she paid for, without replacing the food or refunding her money. Police were notified by my mother (To settle the civil dispute) and her order was promptly refunded, after arriving on scene. Which is not only embarassing but completely avoidable and ridiculous. I have come to this place since I was a child and I am very disappointed in how my family was treated. I will not be returning to this location for the forseeable future, until a full overhaul of quality customer relations and safe food preparation has been made."
"We ordered take out online. All of us ordered their zinger mountain melt. We each got different sauces and side sauces. The food was done a little earlier than expected, which worked out perfectly because I got there early to pick it up. The food was delicious, and the server that brought the food out was pleasant. Overall, it was a great experience. We will definitely order more food from them again."
"Waited 55 minutes for an order of wings and a mountain melt. Restaurant practically empty.. do not understand the long wait. Finally food comes .. with zingers that look like fries .. thin and small. So disappointed.. years coming yo ale house for the zingers."
