"The food is good but this place was much better when it was managed by the original owner "Pops" Valdiano. His current staff and management do not care about customer service and they refuse to take responsibility when they make a mistake. They point the finger at someone else and have no care to correct a customer issue. I ordered a Calzone through Uber Eats (I have ordered the same thing for several months now) and they made me a Stromboli (half the size). When I called them to complain they blamed the Uber Delivery person."
"Grabbing a slice of pizza at Valdiano with my friends has become a moviegoing tradition that we look forward to when we're headed to the Regal next door. The service is reliably quick and very friendly, making for consistently great fast casual dining. It's very impressive to see how they handle busy, packed weekend evenings. The pizza is always well-made and satisfying. Highly recommended if you're looking for a relaxed spot to hang out over some good old fashioned classic pizza."
"Maybe it was just the steak and cheese I got but it was so salty that I only could eat 2 bites. The steak also looked different than any other steak and cheese I've had (maybe they cut it different from NH). If you don't have an issue with salt then I think this could be really good."
"Just moved to the area and yessssss on this pizza, guest is thin and crispy and amazing. I had the pepperoni, mushroom and garlic and it’s everything and more than you would want from pizza. The garlic knot was so light and fluffy should of gotten 3 not 1. Give them a try it’s well worth it. Staff is so nice and friendly"
