"My wife had her first sleep study here last Saturday. She was kind of nervous but followed through with the study to see if she has a sleep issue. Long story short, the staff was very loud while patients were sleeping. Laughing loudly, talking loudly from the entrance to the recording room. Today, the lead technician called to see how everything went and my wife lets her know about her experience. The technician was very dismissive and told my wife the walls are not soundproof and did you ask for ear foamies, additional did you tell the workers to be quiet. After hearing my wife’s story and out of curiosity I looked up the reviews for this place. It appears that the staff is subpar and the quality of the center needs an update. I wish to believe that this was a one off situation but the tone of the lead technician response leads me to believe this sleep center will continue to give bay county unprofessional service because they don’t care about their customers. If it wasn’t for the insurance money they receive, they would be out of business. Please reply back so we can help improve your customer service problem."
"This staff is horrible. My husband was referred here in December of 2021 for a sleep study and we never heard from them. He had to keep calling and no return calls. Finally in March he got a phone call and an appointment. He went and picked up the equipment and they didn't even make sure it worked. So needless to say, it had to be repeated. In May he got the results of his sleep study and was told they were sending in for authorization for a CPAP. It is now August. He called the insurance company a week ago and he was told no authorization was ever received. He calls them and they of course don't answer and he waits hours for a call back to be told they transcribed it incorrectly. Shouldn't that have been corrected when they knew? Now he gets denied because it was sent in for additional treatment not a CPAP! It's been almost a year, they don't answer their phones. You have to wait hours for a callback. They don't follow up like they say they will. If I could give zero stars I would."
"Apparently I’m not the only person that’s had a lousy experience with these people. No call-backs. Missing referral. On hold for 18 minutes. If time is money, these yahoos are way over charging. At the 30 day point of trying to get a sleep study, I gave up. Their paperwork says they are “Accredited & Certified”. Must be by the Bernie Madoff School of Business. I wish I could give 0 stars . . ."
"I very seldom leave reviews of any kind but I have to with this. If I could leave ZERO STARS I would. I received a referral from Humana Military to get a sleep study for possible sleep apnea. From the beginning, it was a downhill slide. I called them after I received my referral in the mail and they couldn't find it. I had to send a copy of my own referral to them, and they eventually found their in a stack of papers. When i tried to call I only got through once and that was to schedule the actual appointment. I called several times and always got the message that said "leave a message" and then at the end of their message it says "call back during business hours" and then it hangs up. There's no way to leave a message! On the evening of my sleep study I showed up about 10 minutes (apptmt was at 8:30pm) There was a woman in the office who look confused when I knocked on the door. She said I must be mistaken because there weren't any sleep studies scheduled that night because the office was going to a conference the next day. I verified what I had and she looked up my name and said someone had called two days earlier and left a message that I needed to reschedule. I had received zero messages from them. I got back in my car and looked again for any messages--there was a MISSED CALL number from their office two days earlier but no message was left. I have waited two weeks now for someone to call and reschedule (the lady that evening said they would) and I have heard nothing. My guess is that they are too embarrassed because of such an obvious error on their part. I will go elsewhere or do something else. If it wasn't so frustrating it would almost be considered a comedy with the hassle I've been through."
