"I boarded my dog here for one week when I went out of town. They promised me photos and videos, but I did not receive any. When I picked her up, she had poop and pee all over her body and smelled terrible. Her bed was soaked in urine and smelled so bad I had to throw it away. It looked as if she had not been let outside to go potty in a long time. She even peed at the front door as we were walking out. I trusted them to take care of my dog, but the state in which I received her showed me that they were negligent. Overall, their service was very bad and too expensive. I do not recommend that you bring your dog here. It is the worst I have seen."
