"My experience from start to finish was amazing. I found them through autism group in fb called SOAK. Good parents and resource. Spoke with Dr. Cristi since I was having trouble finding an available psychologist for my child. Availability wise and virtual definitely helped. My child is an angel with most people, especially in offices but since May she started having behavior issues which got her in trouble policy wise in schools. I got Dr. Donna Burrowes which she was amazing with behavior issues in kids and autism as well. Explained all of the worries I had. Virtual helped shown my kids real behaviors the one I had concerns with since it was done in our house where she is most comfortable. "Dr. Christi and Dr. Burrowes are a blessing to our family. Other wait lists for the type of services they provide in the area of autism evaluation and therapy is very long (6 months- 12 months). We know early intervention is key and watching the days go by for up to a year is heart breaking. Neuropsychology Concierge was recommended by our wonderful pediatrician and we had a diagnosis within a week of our first discussion with Dr. Christi. We spoke directly to both doctors throughout the whole process. The intake forms are thorough and the doctors review every detail. Our family's meeting was a positive experience. Dr. Burrowes was very compassionate when reviewing her findings with us and we were never rushed. She gave us time to absorb what she was explaining. Anytime we spoke to either doctor, they would pause to make sure we were done speaking- on the phone and face to face. It was the most attentive care I have seen from a doctor and our conversations went longer than expected which must have delayed other appointments or tasks, but they never gave us that impression or hurried us. "We had an overall positive experience with Dr Salinas in assessing our son for some behaviors we were concerned about. She spent a great deal of time interacting with our son, and then she sat down with me to go over our family history and give her initial impression before she went over our parent evaluations. I appreciated her unbiased observation, which seemed to reflect what we were concerned about as parents. The only negative was some difficulty determining if she had all the necessary paperwork from the teacher and pediatrician prior to our session, and having to try and track down the disconnect in it not being completed by the pediatrician."
