"Horrible customer service. Every time I go to give my dog a bath it seems to be different rules for what’s covered under the basic wash. My wife went and they told her she had to pay extra for conditioner. I went and they gave me all three options. Most recently we went together and they only wanted to give the oatmeal because it has both shampoo and conditioner. But we declined that and requested the other two options and she had to go and get it out the back. I know it seems picky but we like the shampoo and conditioner options separately. When she came back with the bottles they were unbelievably hot which seemed strange. (Did she microwave the bottles? Haha. ) I was so confused. This new pet supermarket seems to be the only location that gives me a hard time and I rather go to Atlantic location. This location just makes up different rules depending on who’s working at the moment. I don’t like that."
"The neighborhood is happy the store is now open!! They have a great selection and keep ordering new items and Pets, cool fish like arowanas, discus, rope fish, catfish, loaches . The team is very friendly and knowledgeable."
