Cinderella's Mobile Pet Spa

"This company deserves No stars and should be reported to BBB!!!! I called on Sunday, December 31st and got an appt for Wednesday January 3rd between 5-6pm. They even sent me a "contract" which I had signed. Wednesday at 5:45pm I called to see if they are coming and was told they are finishing up with the last appt and will be at my house soon. I get a call at 6:30pm and was told the generator stopped working and was rescheduled for Thursday between 10am-12pm. I told them I will be at work after 12pm and it needs to be before 12pm. I get a message confirming the appt and then five minutes after another message that my appt was schedule between 5 and 6pm. I sent a short reply and told them that it has to be before 12pm and I was already confirmed for this time slot, after which I receive another text, all caps that yes, the appt is between 10 and 12. Thursday morning comes and I called at 11:15am to see where they are. I'm being told that my appt is later in the day and I need to speak with the person who made the appt. I explained to this person( who barely spoke English) and he told me to wait a minute and just hangs up on me. At this point I'm pissed cause not only is my dog not groomed, but I'm running late for work!!! Then at 6pm I get a call that they are in front of my condo and where can they park??!!!??? I went all off on that person and let him have it all!!! THEY CANCELLED MY APPT, RESCHEDULE IT, NOT KEEP IT AND THEN STILL HAVE THE GUTS TO CALL ME AND EXPECT ME TO WAIT ON THEM!!!!! I had already called another company that day, I got a same day appt and my dig was groomed by 5pm!!! Never ever have I heard of a worst company especially one that works with little defenseless animals. PLEASE DO NOT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!"

"My suggestion is to don’t waste your time and call someone else. I had an appointment today for between 11am to 12pm today. I called at 12:17pm asking where the groomer was and was told they were still finishing up the last. I said that I couldn’t wait around so could we reschedule for this evening. She said yes. I asked them to pick a time after 6 that worked for them and she said 6:30pm. I agreed. I called at 6:35 and was told the groomer was 45 minutes late. I got a call at 7:07pm and was told the groomer was on the way and with traffic, another 25 minutes. I called at 7:35pm and was told due to traffic, another 35 minutes. I called at 8:25pm and was told 25 more minutes. I informed her that I wasn’t willing to wait longer than 8:50pm. It is now past 9pm and there is still no groomer and no phone call from them. As I said, I suggest not wasting your time and call someone else!"

"Took my dog at 12:15 pm, no information from the spa all afternoon. We called at 5:30 approximately, they hadn’t even started! Finally went and picked him up at 6:30 only half done, all day in a cage - this is disgraceful- have used them before and been satisfied. However, after this experience, which is the second time this has happened, never again. Appalling service."

"Today was tbe worse experience with this company,i have used them before and they alwaysctry to strong arm you for a higher price than quoted. also tbeir trucks do not have generators which is an inconvenience when they dont advise it prior to arrival. 3 weeks ago i had 1 of my 3 dogs groomed an aussie doodle 5 month old this cost was 75.00 today over phone was quoted same 75.00, the groomer was at door picked dog up in to the van, i again connected their extensioncord.10min later i receive a phonecall stating that the price to groom him was 125.00 but for today they would do it for 105.00,this is ridicuolous as i have given them so much bussiness..if i were you NEVER USE THIS SCAMMERS.."

"I was very hesitant because of the reviews but I still gave Cinderella's Mobile Pet Spa a chance. The groomer Adriana came right on time. She was very friendly and professional. They charged me what was quoted to me over the phone...and my pup looks amazing. His teeth are so clean...his nails are nicely trimmed and he smells so good. Thank you Adriana for the great job."
