They gave me a binder post procedure that shows exactly what was done and how to care for your cat. After the surgery, the Dr even called a day later to check on him. Excellent service. "I do not think there are enough positive words I could write about Dr. Elizabeth and the entire staff at this clinic. From the first phone call in making an appointment they did above and beyond to accommodate us and inform us of office procedures and protocol. Obviously with an elderly kitty we were nervous about his long drive and meeting a new provider but I truly think Dr. Elizabeth is a godsend. She was incredibly thorough in pre-op and willing to discuss all routes of possible treatment. "Dr. Bellows and his staff saved my dog's life. Plain and simple. When everyone else said it was a lost cause, and that he should be put down - Dr. Bellows said we can make this work.
