Called back and she just said come to the store to see if it was there. I hope management can show her this post to make this a teachable moment."

What ever you need for your dog trust me they will definitely get it for you if they don’t have it. Also the shop is very Clean ,And the staff is very friendly . my dog loves going in to get supplies."
"VERY HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE! The lady in the front made me feel very uncomfortable and was extremely rude. This is why I don’t like Hialeah because of these Cuban rude ppl like this. I went in to buy a puppy and saw three little Maltese and fell in love and started putting my finger inside to pet them. I’ve gone here before and they’ve never told me anything. The lady was super rude and screamed at me and told me I could not stick my hands inside. Excuse me? IF I WANNA PURCHASE A DOG I SHOULD HAVE A RIGHT TO PET IT? So rude won’t b coming back here again. If the owner reads this PLEASE HIRE SOMEONE NEW SHE SCARES OFF ALL THE COSTUMERS WITH HER NASTY ATTITUDE. And to mention the Maltese were GREY. Very dirty place as well"
