"This store is normally quite busy but seems to have few employees to stock shelves, check out customers or assust in any way. Customer service is not a priority here they apparently have another agenda."
"Sadly we used to love shopping at this location. They used to have such a vast variety of unique and new things and also a huge selection of their German foods which kept us returning weekly. Now they have basics and over stock of nonsense like a few hundred hams, cases upon cases of pizza and meatballs. . Repeat of overloaded freezers full of all the same stuff. This has been common for the last 6 months. I went this morning early in hopes to actually finding the unique, the german products etc. Nope, just all the same old. They were stuffing the chest freezers with all the meatball, bagged veggie and other overstock items. And I mean stuffing them, not even trying to display the goods. It was laughable. They used to have ahi tuna bowls, chicken kabob skewers, lots of German meats, German spetzel and other German sides, main courses and desserts. This location is feeling like an overstock warehouse now...with tons of the same items and nothing new, like the dollar store of Aldi but with high prices. Next time we are out of town I will scope out some other locations out of our county to see a comparison just to make sure it is just ours and not the company itself."
"I shop there weekly. Everything is always in stock and it's always clean. My only complaint is the fact they only have one cashier now and the rest is self check-out and there is always a long line of people in it. I prefer a cashier to check me out but that is not always available."
"It's one of my favorite grocery stores in the area. The staff are friendly and are constantly working to keep the shelves stocked up. I like the variety of items the store provides. I shop here regularly."
"Love love love this store. Always find something new and unique as well as great buys on dairy and produce. I went today, Wednesday, at the end of the day, first day of the new weekly ad. Sad to say a lot of products were out of stock. Must have been hit pretty hard today but workers busy restocking. Was able to get most of what I needed. All the self checkout were taken and went right through the cashier line. Don’t forget to return your cart and get your quarter back! #stevensleavin"
