"I received my mealworms and I was not pleased at all. When I opened them up to pour them in my bucket, alot of them were a very dark brown color most of them were dead and turning into beetles. When I emailed them about the situation they tried to place the blame on me knowing that they had shipped out dead stinky mealworms in the first place. They refused to refund any money or make things right. How do you have a arrive alive policy and don't hold yourself accountable. Customer service sucks bad mealworms bad business I will never order from this company again. Sincerely Lost Loyal customers"
