"I walked in and the dog food selection was in very low stock, I didn’t find the brand I usually buy - started getting Diamond naturals because of the clerk on a previous visit - the owners daughter was showing someone pictures of puppies she had available on her phone, did not greet me, when the people she was talking to about the puppies left she walked into the back and disappeared without greeting me or acknowledge me at all. After a few minutes I walked out. I just wanted to know if anything in the store was comparable because my dog has skin reactions to certain foods. I really wanted to buy food for my dogs and there was just no one there to ring me up."
"The woman that works the front counter is very knowledgeable. My dog has terrible allergies. She walked us over to the dog food area and showed us what would be best for him. He's no longer suffering from itchy skin because of this food!"
