"Bought $180 in groceries, only one checkout in use and four self checkouts. Scanned all items and machine refused to work; after 45 minutes and two managers, no luck. Then they wanted me to use a different check out and scan every item again. Then took our cart back. One hour and 45 minutes and had to leave with nothing. Publix for me now"

"I'm from Illinois and we don't have Win Dixie stores. I loved all of the fresh floral displays, and I found Superman ice cream as I call it! I wish I could put a few tubs of Superman cream in my luggage, but I think it would melt on the plane and TSA would take it away. Lol! The store was very clean. I think you should be please and thank you at the register. That needs to be worked on. Seems like it was all young kids and their manners weren't the best. I've worked in retail before, and always said the total due with a please, and a thank you at the end of the transaction . That's the only flaw I experienced in your store."
"What a joke this place is! Apollo Beach and their own customer service agree they are bad and NEVER answer the phone. Don’t stock meds. Urgent care Prescriptions sent to pharmacy. Too ill to wait at Pharmacy so I spent 4 hours over 2 days calling and no one ever answered the phone, not once in over FOUR hours. Left message that I would pick up late morning. Dragged myself to the pharmacy, trying not to infect anyone else. After 10 minutes was told by harried pharmacist that they are in the system and it would take 20 to 30 minutes to fill them. I was too ill to wait. He said they are understaffed and don’t even have time to answer the phone or fill prescriptions unless the person comes in. So I went home without my medication. Waste of my time and money for urgent care visit and pharmacy which is very difficult to do when you’re really ill, not even remotely acceptable under normal circumstances. Person in front of me was told they didn’t get approval so they’d have to come back Monday. Maybe repeat pharmacy visits is management’s way of increasing grocery sales."
"Absolutely the worst pharmacy. My own fault for not transferring to another in the area. Rude, untrained employees. No idea what privacy means when they are shouting your info from the back. Admits their online ordering system does really mean anything. Blames the doctor EVERY TIME!!"
