"Have used this business when I get to Florida over the years. Last visit (1/2024) the worst experience as tech checked me out and charged me extra ten dollars saying Missy “jumped all over” difficult trim. She has been regularly trimmed for 10 years with nothing but compliments on her cooperation and good nature. The dog obviously is not the variable here, and as other reviews, this was a bad choice."
