"I had my golden doodle groomed last week at pup in a tub. He is just a year old, a bit stubborn, and doesn’t like being groomed. Arlo unfortunately had some mats. Although we tried trimming many out. I requested that they do not shave as I do prefer the “muppet” look. They called to say because of the mats they had to go a little shorter. The staff called again to let me know they were going a little slower to give him rests in between. I picked him up and his cut was exactly done as I wished. They were very patient and kind to my pup whom I’m sure was a challenge. I was so pleased with both their work and keeping this very nervous dog mother informed of his progress!"
