"Sad to see that Ninah the groomer is no longer at this location. I called them some time ago to schedule a grooming appointment and was not told that she was no longer there. Someone else groomed my husky and it was not the same....needless to say, I heard through the grapevine where she was and I found her at Dog Groomer Academy in case anyone else is looking for a great groomer. I recommend her 100%!"
"Sometimes, the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing at this location. Maybe, because it's the holidays. The grooming section has given misinformation or is not giving enough information in regards to making appointments for your pet. Otherwise, the shopping experience is almost seamless from being well stocked to the cashier experience. Very friendly staff"
"On Monday, December 18th, I visited your store and needed assistance regarding a brush for my dog. One of the sales associates suggested that I go to the grooming salon area as they could provide more information. I was assisted by a girl named Caroline, who was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude. She simply told me, "I can't help you; I have clients to attend to." All I wanted was for her to tell me which of the two brushes was better for my dog. It was a quick question, but her attitude was the worst. I will never take my dog to that grooming salon again."
