"I am very disappointed in my experience buying this product. I was buying this as a gift for my boyfriend who's cat just passed away. It's a memorial to his cat and very unfortunately it has an error on it. I got the email to approve the artwork and while I was looking it over I accidentally pressed the approve button when I was not done looking at it. I submitted a revision request afterwards AND sent them and email immediately. It took them over a day to get back in contact with me and all they could tell me was that it was too late and my artwork had already been printed. I was very disappointed. The only thing I would have been able to do was reorder everything and I had already spent almost $200. Very disappointed in this experience. This business will never get my business again. I bought a metal card, canvas, and blanket. I have received the card and canvas and when the blanket arrives I know it will hold the same error. Edit - yes, all of this did happen. It was all very frustrating, but since then they have now corrected my artwork and sent me all of them with the correct artwork on them, including the blanket. Everything really is of good quality and the artwork is amazing. There Was a little bump in the road at first but they have fixed it. Now I am more than likely to use them again for future projects."

"Buyer beware! I paid extra for speedy delivery, and was guaranteed the product would arrive in time for Christmas. It's been a month after paying extra and I still haven't received my order. They refused to reimburse me. Overpriced and brutal Customer Service -- you may not even get your product."

"In agreement with all the other reviews. They sent a digital copy promptly, but never received the hard copy product. Even paid for the "skip the line/wait" option. This company is on the fence for being a scam!! If they don't want this to be so, they need to communicate better."

"Company does not honor expected shipping dates. Was promised delivery for xmas and still no shipment has occurred and we are outside of the times stated by the company. Not sure if I'll even receive the purchase at this point. I'd use a contract artist and avoid this company. For what they charge their service is absolutely terrible."

"Poor quality and poor customer service. I guess I should have looked at their 5 star reviews on their website first - they just don't do a very good job on centering, detail, or quality. First card was horribly misaligned. second showed up blurry, not centered, and scratched. Phone line is not active, text service is just a robo with ads, and email is getting no response. I paid for expedited service and after more than a month I still do not have a product I can give as a gift. I hate to go nuclear like this, and will update reviews if I am assisted, but as it stands I cannot recommend this business. Maybe just get the digital file from the artist (great work) and have it printed elsewhere if you really like the idea."
