"I moved to Wesley Chapel and found Max’s grooming. They were very friendly, however the groomer left Cotten balls stuffed all the way down in my dogs ears. I called to speak to the manager and was told she would call me back in a few hours and nothing!! My dog gets chronic ear infections and the only thing I was concerned about was her ears. Thank goodness she kept shaking her head or I would have never know about the Cotten balls."

"Took my cat to get her first ever grooming. The first time I stopped by to get information they were amazing and so helpful. I called back and made an appointment a few days later and they were able to take her that same day. They are so sweet and caring and great to the customers. I couldn't recommend them more. I'm very happy with my cats grooming... Brittany bathed her and gave her a deshedding shampoo along with a sanitary cut. I was very nervous this being the first time to ever do this but they made me so comfortable and understood my nervousness which helped calm me a lot. Store front is very clean and well stocked with plenty of options. Definitely made a repeat custome out of me."
