"Often go to this Dollar Tree to pick up a few odds and ends, and the service is always great. Somehow always end up being checked out by the same cashier- with short dreads and black gauges and they are always so kind to every customer. One time the person ahead of me was taking their time to count coins and the cashier showed so much empathy and patience. Thank you for all you do & for keeping things accessible!!"
"Does Dollar tree has changed drastically as far as customer service and cleanliness. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly, and all of the aisles were clear of clutter and everything was neatly organized. There were no boxes on the ground and there was a great selection of products including Dollar tree plus items. The manager was a gentleman and asked me if I needed help, and treated his employees respectfully. What a breath of fresh air compared to the Dollar tree on main Street"
"A hot mess. Nothing is ever stocked. I had an online order I had to pick up and I waited for the manager to “look for it” for like 10-15 minutes while I heard her on a personal phone call talking about her work schedule and how much money she’ll make. Never was actually looking for it. A ghetto mess."
