"I love kites and had brought out of town guests to the Boardwalk for the day. When entering the store I was met with a young dark haired girl with a hateful look on her face behind the counter. No hello nothing. I went around looking at the store and then decided I would buy a tee shirt for my husband and was looking at a few when out of no where this same girl appeared with the same hateful look and was glaring at me and fixing every shirt I had touched. I got the hit to get out of the store and not touch anything. So I left and spent my money else where. Guess this place of business is a museum and items not for sale! Employee's don't realize how they make or break a business or maybe she is the owner! Won't be back!"

"Loved this store! Came to Destin for the day just to go here as my husband LOVES kites and I’ve bought him quite a few but we don’t have kite stores in Alabama. Left with 2 new prism kites to add to the 3 he already has and a couple of HQ and kitty hawks as well! Highly recommend this shop! Customer service was lacking but it didn’t take away from the experience. We’ll be going to their main store in NC next hopefully!"
"My wife and I rented a tandem kayak to go to Crab Island. The price was reasonable and the staff was really chill. We are amateurs, but it took us only 15 minutes. It's a much more affordable way to check out the sandbar and not difficult. We would do it again!"
"Great selection of kites. ALL different kinds. A lot of them are up on the wall and ceiling so you can actually see them. Cartoons, themes, and also plain looking higher end kites as well. Highly recommend this store."
